I broke down again less then 2 hours later in... read more Lebanon ,IN and luckily Indy Mobile auto and truck repair showed up , properly diagnosed the problem in a very fast amount of time , unfortunately I had to sit the weekend waiting for parts but they went above and beyond to get the truck going again. They fixed the real problem then fixed the repair the previous place "fixed". Indy Mobile is in the top 5 for best places for Mobile repairs in my whole driving career. Travis was fast and friendly and they were fair with there pricing. A+++++ Any drivers complaining about the pricing , you can't expect shop pricing from a roadside emergency repair service. Get real , you go repair a truck on the side of the road for less then what dealers charge.

I managed to limp into the parking lot of another heavy truck shop and was... read more told it would be next day before they could even look at it, and next week before they could work on it. Neither dealer would even talk to me. I found Indy Mobil repair and was told they had someone available and gave me an ETA of 60 to 90 minutes. Zack showed up and I told him what had happened and what I had done to get off the road. Not only could he fix it, but they had a young lady from the office get the part and bring it to him. 3 1/2 hours, it was fixed, and cost half of what I had expected. Did I mention it 97 degrees that day? Miserable heat and he didn’t complain once.

Honest and great people here. Highly recommend. They communicate, explain options and did a terrific job when I had a 53' Dry Van go down with Brake issues.

The... read more technician showed up quickly before the eta, and had the part swapped out in no time. He also made sure my slack adjustors were good to go from the spring brakes popping on before letting me get on my way. Very courteous and professional and knew what he was doing. After about 15 minutes the tech had me rolling out again no sweat. Ryder paid so I can't comment on pricing but the tech knew what he was doing and wasn't a jerk about doing his job. Would recommend for other drivers who don't always carry spare parts.
